Hog roasts are the ideal catering option for events of over 80 people.

 

We specialize in porchetta hog roasts. The hog is marinaded in a mix of fennel, rosemary and garlic with other spices.

 

We can also offer lamb roasts and mixed meat spit roasts.

 

Our packages include an experienced chef to ‘Cook, Carve & Serve’, bread rolls, sauces, serving tables, a gazebo and most importantly your choice of meat.
